Algerian Dessert – Semolina with Honey

Algerian dessert, not of my favorites, but simple and some find the taste good …

Suroviny

  • 200 g semolina
  • 1 cup of honey
  • 50 g butter
  • cinnamon powder

Príprava
Brown the semolina with the butter then add the honey.
Stir over a low heat and when the paste is compact, pour into small bowls and decorate with cinnamon powder.
