Fërgesë Tirane is traditional albanian dish.
- 1 pond veal cutlets
- 1/2 pound Greek feta cheese
- 1/4 lb butter
- 1 onion
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon flour
- salt, black pepper, chili
Cut the meat into small pieces and dice the onion.
Preheat the olive oil and sauté the meat and onion for 15 minutes.
In next saucepan, melt the butter and then add flour, feta cheese, black pepper, salt and chili to taste.
Mix all the ingredients together in the saucepan and place in a preheated oven (350 Fahrenheit) for 15 minutes.
Take out and serve immediately with fresh bread.
